About the Role
The Facilities Officer is responsible for managing office facilities, building maintenance, administrative operations, and support personnel to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce -Major in Management or any management-related course, Engineering, or Architecture.
- With at least 3 yrs. related work experience in Facilities Management.
- Background in Property Management and Building Administration is an advantage.
- Must be knowledgeable in Facilities and Building Systems, such as electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security.
- Has skills in Problem-solving, Critical thinking, and decision-making.
- With strong verbal and written communication skills.
